Our Martial Arts Classes

We have a strong work ethic on the mat, but to become a complete martial artist you must embrace all aspects of health and fitness. Our Sifu encourages correct diet and nutrition, a sound understanding of physiology and a strong martial outlook, all of which form part of our teaching.

Silent Warrior

The Silent Warrior Self Development Program at Combat House is a comprehensive 52 week challenge designed to help individuals achieve their personal and physical goals through martial arts, fitness, and holistic health.

Wing Chun Kung Fu

Traditional Red Boat Wing Chun Kung Fu suitable for ages 14 and up.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ)

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu incorporates the grappling aspects of martial arts including wrestling, takedowns, throws, submissions and chokes

Young Masters

Young Masters Martial Arts classes are specifically designed for children aged 6 and up. The classes aim to teach and develop basic skill sets in striking, grappling, and self-defense techniques, as well as imparting the moral code of ethics inherent in martial arts training. Students will learn the importance of discipline, loyalty, integrity, and a strong work ethic, which will not only help them in their martial arts journey but also in their daily lives.

Mpact Boot Camp

Military Training Themed Indoor / Outdoor Fitness Course 3 days per week over 5 weeks consisting of nutrition tracking and total body strength & conditioning

Women’s Only Free Self Defense

Women Only Free Self Defense class is a totally free community service that is designed to empower and instill confidence in the practitioner while developing the skills and strategies needed when confronted with a potentially life threatening or violent confrontation.

MMA 101

Basic Mixed Martial Arts class suitable for all ages and perfect for anyone looking to lose weight or gain strength and get in shape.

Workshops / Seminars

Intensive 1, 2 or 3 hour seminar or workshop covering a specific martial arts related topic.

Combat Ready

This class is mandatory for competition preparation and consists of some MMA conditioning, technique development, and controlled sparring. It is also open to all students wishing to do a little extra even if they don’t want to compete.

MMA Open Mat

The Open Mat Class is open to all students for controlled sparring & rolling in a safe atmosphere under supervision. At least 2 people must be in attendance for the class to take place.
